Rebate Requirements

All requirements listed below must be met to receive a rebate.

• Rebates are available for Wisconsin residents only.
• Stove, cooktop, or range must be purchased on or after September 30, 2025 to be eligible for a post purchase rebate.
• New construction is eligible.
• Qualifying products must be ENERGY STAR certified and legal for distribution in the United States at the time of purchase.
• Equipment must be purchased as new. Eligible cooking equipment includes ENERGY STAR certified electric:
• Stove
• Cooktop
• Range
• Oven
• The new appliance cannot replace existing induction or electric resistance appliances.
• New gas-electric cooking appliances are not eligible.
• The new appliance can replace existing gas-electric appliances.
• The rebate may not be combined with other promotions or discounts. Limit of $14,000 in HEAR rebates and/or coupons per home address.
• Once an application is approved, the rebate must be used within 60 days.
