Installed thermostat must be an ENERGY STAR® Certified Smart Connected Thermostat. Find Eligible Equipment
Rebate application must be received within 90 days of purchase or installation date.
Application must include a paid receipt with the model number, manufacturer, purchase price, and purchase date.
Thermostat must be new and replace either a manual or a conventionally programmable thermostat in a residence that currently receives CLEAResult Power & Light residential electric service.
Installed and connected smart thermostat(s) must connect to the internet via the customer’s Wi-Fi.
Residence must have an existing ducted HVAC system with either an air source heat pump, fossil fuel heating with central air conditioner, or an electric furnace with central air conditioner.
Customers who have chosen an alternate electric supplier are still eligible.
New construction is not eligible.
The rebate paid will not exceed the purchase and installation price.
